Injuries in the elbow, wrist and hand can be the result of falls, sprains and overuse from hours on the keyboard. They can be very painful and result in pins and needles, numbness and weakness. Having pain in this area can be very difficult as so much of our day revolves us using our hands and arms.


Our experienced chartered physiotherapists will look at everything to figure our the cause of your pain. We look and each joint, ligament and tendon and are experts in ways to take the pressure of the painful areas. We correct posture and give advice on how to adjust your work station to take as much load off as possible. We use a whole host of hands on techniques from massage to dry needling, acupuncture and supportive taping to help ease pain. We combine this with a individualised program to condition your body for what it needs to do every day.
